SHIPPING TIME

All in-stock items are shipped within three business days unless otherwise noted on this website. In the event of unforeseen delays, customers will be notified by email once their order has been confirmed.

DUTIES & TAXES

Any duties and taxes are solely the responsibility of the customer. Any items returned to us due to non-payment of such fees will be refunded to the customer, minus a 40% restocking fee.

TRANSIT & DELIVERY TIMES

Sleep Champion Devices bears no responsibility for transit and delivery times of shipped orders. We have access to the same tracking information as the customer, and are unable to influence any actions taken by any shipping provider or mail service.

INSURANCE & DECLARED VALUE

All orders are shipped with insurance against loss or damage. If your order is lost in transit or arrives with damage please send us an email at sleepchampiondevices@gmail.com. The declared value of an order is intrinsically linked to the shipping insurance policy and we do not falsify the declared value under any circumstances.
